● Platform: The TFM website and related services.
● Vendor: Any individual or business entity that registers to sell products on the
platform.
● Customer: Any individual who registers to purchase products on the platform.
● User: Collectively refers to both Vendors and Customers.
● Users must register with a valid email address and password
● Vendors must provide accurate and complete information about their market,
products, and contact details
● Customers must provide accurate contact information for order fulfilment.
○ Ensure the accuracy and currency of product information, including
descriptions, prices, and images.
○ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods.
○ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and orders.
○ Provide accurate payment information.
○ Use the platform responsibly and in compliance with these terms
● The platform may charge a subscription fee for Vendors, as outlined in the pricing
structure.
● Customers will pay for orders through the platform using the provided payment
methods.
● Users retain ownership of their content but grant TFM a non-exclusive, royalty-free
licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.
● Users must not post any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of
others.
● Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, spamming, or posting of offensive
content.
● Any violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of the user’s
account.
● TFM reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of
any changes via email or through the platform
● Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
